My stay at Premier Inn Loughton/Buckhurst Hill was quite mixed. While the staff were friendly and provided a warm welcome, and I adored the comfortable bed, the overall state of the room left much to be desired. It was disappointing to notice the need for refurbishment and improvement in cleanliness, which surely detracted from my experience.

I had a lovely trip on my first visit to this hotel. the refurbishment was just finished, so the room was quite nice, but some aspects could use an upgrade. The breakfast was a highlight for me, with a great selection. however, the shower had a bit of an unpleasant odor, which was disappointing.
